(BCF Advisory) is a fee-based professional business and financial consulting firm dedicated exclusively to minority owned companies certified by one of the National Minority Supplier Development Council's (NMSDC) twenty-four (24) affiliated Regional Councils. A wide array of business and financial consulting services are provided through a national network of core and BCF Advisory approved co-consultants.

BCF Advisory consultants are well experienced in the issues associated with small to mid-size businesses, in general, and the opportunities and challenges attendant to minority-owned businesses in particular.

Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Program
BCF Advisory has entered into an alliance with a privately held investment firm to provide mergers and acquisitions advisory services to NMSDC certified minority-owned businesses. This alliance provides access to experts in mergers and acquisitions that can assist in buy-side or sell-side transactions. Our alliance partner focuses on structuring transactions to meet the needs of buyers/sellers and on successful business continuity after the transaction to ensure uninterrupted customer service, minimal employee uncertainty, and preservation of the sellers brand reputation. They can assist in finding a suitable acquisition target if requested and help secure financing for the transaction. The team has experience with a range of transactions from corporate divestitures of non-core corporate assets to working with a founder of a private company seeking to acquire another business or exit their company. In addition, BCF Advisory can work with our alliance partner to raise equity capital or mezzanine debt (minimum capital raise $5 million). Typical client companies have the following characteristics: (1) minimum of 3 years in business, (2) minimum revenues of $7.5 million, and (3) EBITDA of 10%.

Consistent with the missions of the NMSDC and the BCF to support the development of minority-owned businesses, BCF Advisory services are provided at affordable rates. Its core and co-consultants provide services at rates below their standard fees.
